Name: the librarian. All statistics for one librarian are under the most recent interface username. The librarian may change the username at any time; all stats remain together under most recent username.
Proactive attempts: the librarian attempted to initiate contact with a patron. The numbers are small, because our policy for normal circumstances is to wait to be paged.
Proactive successes: a librarian-initiated contact that the patron responded to and began a chat session.
Pages: the patron clicked the button to chat, then submitted the name/email form, and the system paged the librarian.
Reactive successes: the librarian responded to a page and actually started up a chat. (The difference between paged and reactive success is the patron closing up right away before chatting, or the librarian not responding, etc.)
Currently broken.

What pages visitors connected to chat from (pending confirmation). This is olc6.ohiolink.edu, chat.ohiolink.edu, or a Help Options page from a database.
The pages upon which a visitor had been before opening the first page containing our Groopz Applet. For example, this could be a library webpage, a database page, or an OhioLINK website page.
Number of chat session (both Proactive and Reactive) by the patrons' institution.
Definitions:
Our Site is our chat server, olc6.ohiolink.edu (or its alias, chat.ohiolink.edu).
Our Groopz Applet is the picture of a person coming out of a computer monitor to help another person. On pages where this is a live button to connect to the chat service (olc6.ohiolink.edu, chat.ohiolink.edu, any Help Options page), this is a java applet. On the OhioLINK homepage and on some library webpages, it is just a picture, so it doesn't count as an applet.
Proactive means that a librarian initiated contact with a patron without waiting to be paged (picked the patron off the Visitors tab without waiting to be rung).
Reactive means that a visitor initiated contact with (paged) a librarian.
Operator-to-operator chats do not get counted under Operator Activity List or Group Activity report.
